Tour / Activity Details
48 Hours Minimum Advance Booking Required. Tour includes pick-up and drop-off from most hotels in Banff. Rates are per person and shown in US dollars. Please order online or call us in the USA at 212-852-4822 to order or for more information.
There is a $6.95 USD processing fee per order. This is a flat fee regardless of the number of tickets or tours purchased on an order. There is a service charge per ticket. This charge will be reflected on your summary before you checkout. The total shown at checkout includes any fuel surcharges, service charges and tax. There are no additional charges, unless otherwise specified.
Tour / Activity Policies
Cancellation Policy: There are no refunds. All sales are final.
Change Fee Policy: If changes are allowed on a tour or activity, a $20.00 per reservation change fee will be applied for any change to a reservation. Please note that some tours and activities do not allow any changes. Date changes can only be made only if we can confirm availability on the new date. While we cannot guarantee any changes can be made, all change requests must be submitted a minimum of 24 hours prior to the tour departure and must be handled on an individual basis through our Reservations Center.

COVID-19 Protocols Updates
- Register and submit your travel, contact, proof of vaccination and (if required) quarantine information on ArriveCAN using the ArriveCAN mobile app or through the online portal within 72 hours of your planned arrival in the province of Alberta. Partially and non-vaccinated travelers - and fully vaccinated travelers selected for random testing - must follow instructions given upon arrival for completing a COVID test.
Please Note
- All children ages 15 years and under must be accompanied by their parent or legal guardian.
- A Child Safety Seat is required for all children 6 years of age. You must bring your own child safety seat and it will be your responsibility to install the car seat at the starting location for the tour. Children under age 6 who are free on the tour must ride on the lap of a paying adult.
- Photo ID may be required for identity verification.
- This tour requires a minimum of 4 total participants to operate, so you will be asked to call the day prior to confirm the tour.
- This tour involves some walking. At every stop you will have the opportunity to get off the bus and stretch your legs and all of the viewpoints are a short walk.

- SURPRISE CORNER LOOKOUT - See a higher view of Bow Falls and the majestic Fairmont Banff Springs Hotel.
- HOODOOS VIEWPOINT - What is a hoodoo? Understand the lay of the land as you look out over the Bow Valley.
- LAKE MINNEWANKA - Learn about an underwater village and native history with a pleasant break at Banff National Park's largest lake.
Wildllife
- There is a good chance of seeing wildlife on this tour but the guides cannot guarantee seeing wildlife. The guides have a lot of knowledge about the animals within the park and can fill you in about them if you see any wildlife or if you have any questions.
